By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Services
We provide software development, web and cloud solutions, mobile application development, AI and automation, and software maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
3. Quotations and payments
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects typically follow milestone-based billing with an advance payment.
- Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.
- Delays in payment may pause delivery timelines.
4. Client responsibilities
Timely provision of requirements, content, approvals, test feedback and access to third-party accounts is required for on-schedule delivery. Delays in these items may extend timelines.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of custom-developed source code and deliverables transfers to the client, excluding our pre-existing frameworks, tools and third-party or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. Website content, branding and designs on beetelsoftwares.in remain our property.
6. Warranty and support
We correct defects reported within the agreed warranty period at no cost. Enhancements, scope changes and third-party failures fall outside warranty and may be quoted separately or covered under an AMC.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for delivering the project.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
9. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as cloud providers, payment gateways or APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
